This policy covers the Nymbra website and the Nymbra apps for iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

Vault content: imported files, previews, and metadata are stored locally on the device. If iCloud sync is enabled, encrypted files and vault metadata such as names, dates, and sizes are also stored in iCloud.

No publisher-managed server account is created for vault content.

Biometric authentication is handled by Apple operating systems and biometric data is not transmitted to the publisher.

System permissions are used only after your explicit action, such as picking files, sharing content, or exporting items.

Purchases, subscriptions, trials, lifetime access, billing, eligibility, and restore flows are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. The publisher does not receive your banking information.

Standard server logs may include IP address, user agent, timestamp, and requested URL for security and operations.

A functional language preference cookie or local storage entry may be used by Paraglide. No advertising cookies are used.

Technical logs and functional language preferences are processed for legitimate interests in security, operation, and localization. Retention depends on hosting and operational settings.
