Terms for using Nymbra and notices for software used by the website and app.

App license

Nymbra grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

Apple Standard EULA

Unless a separate agreement is shown in the App Store listing, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Purchases and subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Purchases and cancellations are managed in your Apple ID App Store settings.

Website open-source software

The website uses Svelte, SvelteKit, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Paraglide JS, shadcn-svelte, Bits UI, Lucide Svelte, and related MIT or ISC licensed packages.

Apple frameworks

The app relies on Apple SDK frameworks such as SwiftUI, Foundation, StoreKit, LocalAuthentication, UniformTypeIdentifiers, and CryptoKit under Apple's platform terms.

Icon and brand assets

The Nymbra icon and brand assets are original publisher assets. No third-party icon attribution is required.
